We tailor our services to individual business needs and may update offerings over time.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Rover services. By using our platform, you confirm that:

• All information you provide is accurate and up to date

3. User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.

4. Consultations and Proposals
Our process typically starts with a free consultation. Based on this, we will prepare a tailored automation plan and pricing quote. Accepting the quote constitutes agreement to a separate service arrangement governed by these Terms.

We reserve the right to accept or decline project proposals at our discretion.

5. Payments and Billing
Pricing is based on the selected automation workflows and scope of services. You agree to pay all fees as outlined in your proposal.Unless otherwise stated:

• One-time setup and development fees may apply
• Monthly or annual hosting and support fees will be billed accordingly
• Payments are non-refundable once a workflow is delivered and accepted

6. Self-Service Platform Access (Beta)
You may be granted early or beta access to our self-service automation builder. This is provided “as is” and may be limited, unsupported, or subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or revoke beta access at any time.

7. Acceptable UseYou agree not to use Rover to:
• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property of others
• Distribute malware or unauthorized software
• Attempt to disrupt or access non-public areas of our systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and services provided by Rover are the exclusive property of Rover unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, or modify any part of our platform or deliverables without express permission.

You retain full ownership of your own data and workflows, but we reserve the right to reuse anonymized learnings to improve future offerings.

9. Third-Party Services
Rover may integrate with or connect to third-party platforms at your request. We are not responsible for the terms, functionality, or security of these external services.

Your use of third-party tools is governed by their respective terms of use and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Rover provides its services “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or performance of any automation or tool.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rover is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Business interruptions or data loss
• Third-party service failures

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for Rover services in the six months prior to the claim.

12. Termination
You may stop using Rover services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, any fees owed remain due, and we may delete stored data or automations after a reasonable grace period.

13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
